Last-Minute booking (6 Working days prior to arrival date) with cost 5% additional on the top of the invoice value
Pan card copy of guest traveling is mandatory at the time of booking as per govt: rule.
Tax Collection at Source- TCS Proof-TCS is applicable from 01st Oct 2020
5% of TCS collection proof must be provided along with the payment. In the absence of TCS proof, an additional 8% will be charged and refunded once the proof of TCS provided.
Tax Deducted at Source- TDS: Full invoice amount has to be realized in our account without deduction of TDS amount. For those companies in which TDS is mandatory, we will collect the TDS amount as a security deposit and will refund it after the submission of the TDS certificate (Form 16 A)

Seaplane/Domestic Flight arrival cannot be arranged if International flight lands After 14:20 Hrs, also the departure of the international flight should fall in after 9:00 AM till 15:00 Hrs to arrange Seaplane / Domestic Flight transfer
Early check-in, Smoking Rooms, Non-Smoking Rooms, Views, Floors, King, Twin, Adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and at the discretion of the Hotel/Resort. We try our best to accommodate your request but the same cannot be guaranteed prior.
The validity of the passport should be minimum of 6 months from the intended date of return
Honeymoon offer is valid for clients traveling within 06 months from the date of the wedding and also a copy of the wedding card/certificate should be produced at the resort upon request.
The USD conversion rate would be considered as prevailing as of that day when the final payment is made as per our card rate.

In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to the journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & preponing the second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter, etc.) may apply to postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.
We do not accept any changes in the plan within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of the advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 7 days of the departure date.
100% payment is to be made for international packages before 15 days of the departure date.
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies
